Unable to create a load balancer

Unable to create a load balancer because I got the message "An unexpected error occurred"

Hi.

I want to create a load balancer but when I press the button "Create Load Balancer" the wizard shows up but immediately the following error is displayed.

"An unexpected error occurred. An empty error body with no stack trace may indicate a memory leak and/or the browser was unable to make the API call."

 

I have the permissions necessary to create a load balancer.

Please help me with this issue.
