Salary range for reduced FTE employees in WFC

Have anyone observed or encountered a difference in salary ranges between Core HR and Workforce Compensation for less than 1 FTE employees. Core HR shows adjusted salary ranges according to FTE of employees. WFC shows always 1 FTE salary range. 

Because of this the Range in Position, quartile, quintile and Compa ratio differs between Core HR and WFC.
