Nine box Ratings provided in last review update profile but do not show in subsequent talent review

We have noticed that ratings entered in earlier Talent Review meetings are updating the Talent Profile as expected, but do not reflect in meetings created subsequently.
For example, the rating entered for an employee in a meeting in June does not carry over to a new meeting created in July, even though the rating is available on his talent profile with the June date.
