Hello,

Can you please let me know the difference between Appointment, Work Order and Activity in Oracle Field Service Cloud? I have checked with few experts in these domain, as per them they all are same. However I have noticed that -

  1. Appointment number is nothing but Work Order in OFSC
  2. One Work Order/Appointment can be linked with multiple Activities in OFSC (and not the vice-versa)

Hence, if you can please help me to understand this difference, that would be of a great help.

Not: Records created through API (POSTMAN). Post request below:-

{
    "activityType": "AK_Repair",
    "resourceId": "AK_BUCKET",

Howdy, Stranger!
