Difference between Appointment, Work Order and Activity in Oracle Field Service Cloud
Can you please let me know the difference between Appointment, Work Order and Activity in Oracle Field Service Cloud? I have checked with few experts in these domain, as per them they all are same. However I have noticed that -
- Appointment number is nothing but Work Order in OFSC
- One Work Order/Appointment can be linked with multiple Activities in OFSC (and not the vice-versa)
Hence, if you can please help me to understand this difference, that would be of a great help.
