I'm fetching the different balance results from payroll custom balance groups & getting an error ORA-20001: An error occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location pay_balance_pkg.chk_re. If anyone had faced this earlier please share the required steps to solve this error. 

Any kind of help will be appreciable.
