Need to Configure LTD Benefits Elements


Hello everyone,

We have a requirement to configure LTD employee deduction element so we had configured this element with Voluntary Deductions classification. Now we have dependency on this LTD employee Deduction element i.e whatever deductions that is being deducted from employees pay check as LTD employee Deduction needs to be given back to employee (employer is offering this benefit to employees). so may I know how to configure this dependency element ? we don't to want to configure as employer contributions element as we need to show in employee paycheck that employer is giving back the amount that got deducted as LTD employee
