False Pasitive in Duplicate Identification - CDM

Hi Team,

After running a duplicate identification job, the system is identifying false positives. For few sets, even if customers are different CDM is combining them in a common set.

We understand that by

1) Further cleaning name and

2) Adding a unique key in the Duplicate identification key can increase accuracy.

But is there any other way we can avoid this case? like controlling percentage of the fuzzy match during duplicate identification:

As of now Rules is as below:

1) Name: Fuzzy,Country: Exact

In the attached image, two separate customers are merged into one. Is there any way we can control percentage matching in Fuzzy?
