Manage Data Access for audit
SummaryData Access audit of roles is inefficient
I am responsible for roles audit in my organisation and found the Data Access audit to be cumbersome and was wondering if anyone found a better way to get what I need.
At the moment, I have to go to Manage Data Access in Setup and Maintenance and search for each role one by one (currently circa 30 roles), export each search result to Excel and then consolidate the spreadsheets manually for checking by the business. I am not aware of a seeded report that could be used, nor any other, simpler way to achieve this.
