How to provide access to only Visa records using REST API?

Ex: Allow only https://<POD>.fa.oraclecloud.com:443/hcmRestApi/resources/latest/workers?q=PersonNumber =2348919&expand=visasPermits

but not https://<POD>.fa.oraclecloud.com:443/hcmRestApi/resources/latest/workers

We don't want our vendor to access all workers info.

We want to restrict it to view Visa information only.

Any ideas are highly appreciated!
