Additional custom Questions in Talent Community

Is there a way to have additional custom questions in Talent Community Sign Up page?

Hi

Is there a way to configure additional custom questions for candidates signing up Talent Communities?  When we create an apply flow type 'Talent Community' using task 'Job Application Flow Configuration', we do not get the option to include 'Job Application Questions' block, which we use to add custom question for job applicants. So, wondering if there is any other way to add additional custom questions using the Talent community form?
