Defer merit hike for employees on LOA
Summary
Requirement to pay merit hike in retro to employees once they return from LOAContent
There is a requirement where employees on LOA are eligible for compensation merit but they will not get paid the increased salary till the time they come back on active status. Once the employee is back the merit hike should be paid in retro. Preference is that new salary should also not be visible in Core HR for these set of employees. Change statement should be available for these employees once they are back.
Is there a way to handle this requirement either at compensation or payroll side ?
