Hi Team,

Customer Requirement - Suppose for an SR, third level category is selected and saved the SR. When opening the category field in the SR, is it possible to automatically set the third level category name in the search bar of the service request category?

We've analyzed the technical possibilities of achieving this requirement and found that it's not possible in the CX application.

We've even tried to do it in some custom approach but we're not finding a way forward. Please let us know if there is a way forward or any option.
