Configuration for Self-Requestable Roles

Has anyone used Self-Requestable Role configuration?

We would like to test the Self-Requestable Roles in Oracle Fusion. We are currently on 21B and realized the auto-provisioning we had set up is granting roles to users who do not use the access. We would like to allow users to self request roles but the configuration we've set up for testing appears not to work. I'm trying to find anyone who has used this and gain some insight on the configurations. We've been unsuccessful in finding any Oracle documentation on this topic aside from some general information.

I've attached some screenshots of the Role Mapping configs as we have them. When we test this with a user who does not have the role, we are unable to find the location where they would request the role to be added.
