Is there a way to send compensation change statements to employees by email from the system?

Hello experts,

at this moment managers can download compensation change statements individually and then send them to employees by mail.

Is there a way to send letters directly from the system by mail to awarded employees withouth downloading them firstly in Communication tab?

Is it possible? If not, could you suggest me a suitable workaround?
