Inconsistent results in quality of data verification for Phone/Email


Observations from several rounds of testing with Show Valid Status for Email and Phone set to 0.

  • Phone
    • ​Most phone numbers show as valid, even bigger corporations.
  • ​Email
    • ​Person email like Gmail, Hotmail, etc consistently show correctly as valid or invalid
    • Corporate emails like our company domain always show as partially valid.

Challenge is the number of partially valid may be confusing to users. We like the concept of the service overall. Are there plans for better quality of data verification in this service?
