Subscription Management Items

As per the Subscription management Implementation guide we can create 3 types of Items Included Warranty Items( Customer orders : No) , Extended warranty Items( Customer Orders : yes )  and Subscription Items( Customer orders : Yes).

My question here is , what kind of Items I can use in the Order management to have the OM - OSS integration ? In other post I can read that there is an integration between OM-IB-OSS but for Included warranty Items , if the Item is defined as Customer Orders enabled as No how can we achieve the Integration with IB  and OSS ?
