In Fusion Applications Update 21C, the “email alias name” feature in Oracle Recruiting using the Enterprise Manager configuration is no longer supported. As a result, we strongly suggest that you enable the newer “vanity email” feature (available since Update 21B) as soon as possible to ensure business continuity.

Once you’ve enabled the vanity email feature, you can create a branded “from” email address for external candidate communications that is friendlier and easier to read.

Note: You no longer need to file an SR with support. Simply follow the instructions from the document to enable the Vanity Email feature.
