Background
The Talent Management Cloud Update 21C "What's New" suggests that the Autocomplete framework includes a way to have Job Offer field values to be defaulted based on a Job Requisition fields.
"You can now create an autocomplete rule for the assignment business object during offer creation. You can also configure rule conditions to read values from the job requisition and compare it with the values entered or defaulted in the offer assignment."

The 21C "What's New" includes a screen-shot of "Rule Logic" that includes the line "Get first row(Worker Assignment.Get Offer" but "Get Offer" is not one of the available choices for "Get first row" for "Worker Assignment".
