Hello.  Has anyone implemented any ways for hiring managers to interact with recruiters within Taleo itself?  We do not allow our HMs to reject candidates or to move them through CSW in any way, so once they review candidates, there is no easy / short way to let recruiter know how to proceed with them.  I created a simple correspondence that they can send (added two prompts to fill out - Decision, and Rejection Reason (if rejecting), but it does not seem like the most optimal way to me.  Ideally, they could either reject or move to Offer to be
