Campus Recruiting Process

Hello,

I'm interested in hearing others processes around campus recruiting. We are trying to build a better process as we always seem to run into issues with campus recruiting, as they don't typically follow our "normal" recruiting process. 

I am aware of the Campus requisition type, and at one point we did have a separate campus workflow that we eventually removed. However we are thinking about bringing that back as most of the issues revolve around the workflow because of different steps and a different timeline. 

Would love to hear how you have designed your campus recruiting process in Taleo but also outside of.
