Hi,

We successfully merged profile ID's with the older ID as the master. However, the more recent ID is showing on the profile, and not the master ID. Example, ID 500500 was merged with 600600. Profile 500500 is set as the master, but profile 600600 is listed on the profile after merging is completed.

Please let me know the cause of this merging, and what the resolution is.
