Automate Fusion Accounting Hub Financial Reports (FR)

Using FAH 20B.  Is there a way to automate (command line, rest API, SOAP) the generation of an existing Financial Report?  These reports were created using FR and not OTBI.  Looking for a way to generate the report, download it, and then push to a centralized reporting portal.  I know this is able to be done with OTBI reports but I'm coming up short with FR reports and looking through documentation, the forums, and extensive google searches has not seemed to uncover anything.  

Appreciate any insight here.
