withholding Invoices are not getting paid in PPR

I am trying to run the adhoc payment request for two withholding Invoice for Taiwan, Everything looks fine, but it is not  getting picked up in the PPR, not is it showing any error. 

The only thing that we changed, the Payment Terms is  showing as Next Month 10, but we changed this to current date at the Manage Installment at the invoice level. 

Can anyone help me on this.
