Account was disabled, would like to seek assistance on reenabling account


As per the title, our account was disabled due to a DCMA Infringement Activity complaint made to Oracle.

We are looking forward in resolving this issue by taking necessary actions, however our account was currently limited and no further actions can be carried out in our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Dashboard.

We tried contacting a customer support agent on, however the customer service agent misunderstood our issue and keep advising us to refer to the FAQ sections on

We are unsure whether this forum is the best place to seek for assistance from Oracle Cloud support, we apologize if this isn't, and hope that Oracle Cloud support could guide us on resolving our account issue.
