Job Offer Extended Notification Translation Problem

Hello Guys,k

We would send to our candidates an a Job Offer Extended Notification linked to the candidate language application, We have facing a problem when we extend the Job offer to the candidate after we have translated the message text and the subject  inside the Recruiting content Library form.

As you can see in the screenshot, we had translate the Italian form because it was initially also in English, after we save the change, the message are showed inside the task in Italian and not in English, even if we have like preferences English language.

Furthermore, when we extend the Job offer to the candidate, it received the Italian notification even if it was applied in English,
