Has anyone encountered an issue with a custom flow pattern that won't "Roll Back All" successfully?  I copied an Oracle delivered flow - Retroactive Payroll flow.  The custom flow is to add some key reporting parameters, eliminate the Verify step and that's about it.  The flow only had 3 tasks and it works well until we need to roll back the process.  When we select under Actions - Roll Back All, it starts to roll back the 3rd task in the process and completes successfully but it doesn't proceed to the 2nd task and so forth.
