Hidden FBDI Privileges in high risk financials Roles?

I’ve been reviewing the privileges required to import the FBDI templates into Fusion and would appreciate some further info about how a few high risk Roles get access to a few of the import processes. I was particularly looking at the ‘Import Payables Payment Requests’ process and 'Import Journals' process.

Reviewing the Roles that have access to the Payment requests import process via the ‘AP_IMPORT_PAYABLES_PAYMENT_REQUEST_PRIV’ privilege, if I look through Security Console it tells me that there are 4 Roles by default – the ‘Payables Invoice Creation’ Duty Role and three Job Roles that inherit this Duty Role (‘Accounts Payable Invoice Supervisor’, ‘Accounts Payable Specialist’ and ‘Accounts Payable Supervisor’) – and I can see that each of these Roles
