When a Compensation Manager Submits the Worksheet then approval should go to multiple SHRBs based on BUs of Employee in Worksheet(Through Area of Responsibility or through Role attached to SHRBP)

Hi Team

The approval hierarchy  as per below requirement is not working as expected

C&B Manager > SHRBP > COE Director

When C&B Manager (Based on Role "Maaden CB Manager Data) submits the worksheet then it should go for 5 or more SHRBPs based on the Business Unit of the employees in worksheet.

For eg., Let's say there are five BUs - BU1, BU2, BU3, BU4, BU5 and there are 5 SHRBPs with each have roles like "SHRBP-BU1", "SHRBP-BU2", "SHRBP-BU3","SHRB-BU4", SHRBP-BU5" based on BU they are responsible for.
