Competency drop-down list

Hi,

 

Recently we implemented Talent Profile for a client and he asked if is possible to use the drop down list for competencies with a search or a static list of values, because it's not easy to him to find what is looking for when adding competencies.

 

Do you know is is it possible to switch from dynamic to a static list? Or is it possible to enable a search in the list?
