We've encountered that the Rejected by Employer & Withdrawn by Candidate States are not showing up for multiple Phases for Recruiting end users, even though these states can't be removed from any Phases in the back end.

Has anyone experienced similar behaviour/or does anyone have any input/guidance/steer on how to get these states to display?
