CX Sales- How can we make Resource party id equal to Party number
We are using Oracle fusion HCM and CX Sales. When we are creating an employee in HCM and then after setting him us as a resource in CX sales some time almost 70% time PartyID equals to party number but with 30% cases it's different. Which is causing an issue during Opportunity Import(via Rest API) integration from a different system. How can we make PartyID= to party number for existing records and how can we fix this problem permanently.
We tried to update the party number via Soap Web service but no sucess.
