How to revert the Personalization made by Page composer

We have personalized the Edit purchase Requisition screen via page composer to enable the check Funds button and Tax section and we published without doing a preview.  Post Publishing ,we are just getting a blank screen when we get into the Edit Requisition screen and we cant select/click  anything.

We tried to revert the changes made as per the document 2337564.1  but when we go into Edit purchase Requisition page where  reset task flow we cant action anything. 

We have a  sandbox ,created sometimes back  where we've made the changes to the same screen but the challenge is we cant publish it as it non publishable .Is there a way to download those changes from this sandbox  and upload into a new sandbox and publish so that we will get the screen back.
