Clarification on Upgrade process
I'd like to have some clarification regarding the OIA upgrade.
Per my understanding, first Oracle updates the OIA Hub (e.g. 21B) - and we cannot reschedule this upgrade date. When the upgrade is applied to the hub, does it impact currently deployed interviews running on the previous version (e.g. 21A) ? My assumption is that it does not impact until we manually open the interview and accept the upgrade (as described here https://documentation.custhelp.com/euf/assets/devdocs/unversioned/IntelligentAdvisor/en/Content/Guides/Policy_Modeling_User_Guide/Projects/Upgrade_v12_project.htm). Is my assumption correct?
