hi

i noticed that when i create an offer for external candidate and choose the Action of transfer ( Action Type = Transfer )

after the internal candidate accept the Offer and we transfer him to HR , when we go to the  MANAGER JOB OFFER Screen and click on the transfer

the screen that is open is chnage assignment and Not Transfer although it is an action from Transfeer Type

is it a bug?
