How to fetch rows dynamically in the worksheet based on assignment changes happened in the plan year

Hi All,

We have a scenario where clients wants to fetch more than one row for the same employee when their assignment record changes.

For e.g Plan year - 2021

HR Extraction date - 1-July-2021

Employee A - Grade change from 24 to 25

so we need two rows for the same employee with one row grade as 24 and another row grade as 25.

IF we have three changes in a year we need three rows.

So is this requirement achievable please let me know your suggestion.
