Hi All,

We have a Shipping document set( Doc Set1)  that has 3 jobs within it.   The Job 1 and Job 3 needs to print 1 copies each whenever a user group (10 users) does ship confirm.  Job 2 needs to  print 3 copies when the user groups does ship confirm.

Now looking at the 'Manage Shipping Document Output Preferences'  setup, do I need to create 3 separate assignment like below

Doc Set 1  Job1    Print 1 copy   >  Assign this to 10 users

Doc Set1  Job 3    Print 1 copy  >  Assign this to 10 users

Doc Set 3  Job 3   Print 3 copies  >  Assign this to 10 users
