Payroll Costing - Tie Retro Element activity between Payroll Subledger and Costing Report

We are interested in a process or report that can be utilized to tie back the Retroactive Element activity in the payroll costing report to the payroll subledger.

The information we have been provided is that the Retroactive Entries Report is not the appropriate tool to complete this task and attempts to use the report to have not been unsuccessful.
