Merit Payment Plan with 2 Pools percentage
We have a requirement to create Merit plan where we have 2 Pools.
Pool 1 will be allocated by Top level managers with Fixed Base Merit Increase Percent for eg 1.5% for all the employees and this can be made 0 % or lesser percent based on if they are terminated , they got an increase recently. So managers can overwrite it for certain employees .
Pool 2 which is Additional Merit Increase Percent where maximum percent increase is 3% for eg. so a manager can assign any percent increase upto 3 %.with exception to New Hire employees where it will be calculated based on proration rule.
