How to stop employee submitting more than one ICP in one request

Hi All,

ICP allows you to add multiple plans in a single request.

We have a requirement where employees should be able to submit maximum one ICP only (Add button should be disabled after entering one plan information).

If they need to apply a new ICP, they should start again after submitting current request.
