Is it possible to trigger a notification to candidates (and cc: recruiters) when moving them to a status but only in jobs with specific job codes.

In other words, I want to send a set of instructions out when I move "programmer" candidates to a particular standard CSW status used by all jobs/job codes.  Is this possible in Taleo?
