We want to give our recruiters access to the Transaction Console to review and address stuck requisition and offer approvals.

We are using this document, but it is not working.  Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: How to Configure Access to Requisition or Offer Approval Transactions Only in the Transaction Console (Doc ID 2709486.1)

We want this limited to their Recruiting AOR. I have made a Person Security Profile with the details of AOR Location. See image. It is not working. This user has the recruiting AOR, but I know that sometimes the AOR is different for Recruiting then other aspects of HCM. The name in the Person Security Profile does not match the AOR naming of Recruiting Location Hierarchy.
