We have global transfers that occur after our eligibility determination date (the date that all employees must be active on in order to be eligible for the plan). They are made ineligible because their hire date reflects the date of the transfer and not their actual hire date. Employees with global transfers are manually reprocessed into the plan through administer employee. Is it possible to change their eligibility in mass with HDL or other methods?  Also, is it possible to change their CPA Budget Amount, STI Target and STI Eligible Earnings in administer employee through HDL or other methods?
