Correct start date of Work Structure: Job using HDL

We have updated the start date of 200 or so Jobs in our source environment a need to update them using HDL in FusionHCM. 

I can update them individually in the UI but cant get an HDL file working to do them in bulk. 

 Example HDL: The start date in the source system has been corrected from 07-17-2020 to 07-1-2020.
