We would like to send an onboarding reminder to candidate if there is any incomplete task:

In OBI, is there a way to identify the assignee is a candidate or employee?

In OBI, is there a way to send email to candidate(s) if any assigned task has not completed yet?

I notice candidates cannot access OBI report and do not have OBI ID, but I thought to check if anyone has utilized the OBI report to send candidate onboarding reminder.
