Risk Of Loss and Impact Of Loss loaded via HDL does not reflect on the Succession Plan.

Content

When you navigate to the succession plan of an employee, you can see risk of loss and impact of loss of the employee. If any one enters these two values in talent ratings or is updated via talent review, the change in rating reflects here on the succession plan page.

This holds true only when data is entered manually(on talent ratings page or vial Talent review meetings). Succession Plan does not reflects the ratings if they were loaded via HDL.

For Example:

At the time of data load activities, we loaded an employee, then loaded his talent ratings via hdl. His Risk of Loss was loaded as high. If you navigate to his talent ratings page, you can see the risk of loss mentioned as 'High'. However, if you navigate to his succession plan, you will see 'Not Assessed' displayed for risk of loss.(Screenshots are attached).
