In Taleo, While adding Collaborators to a requisition all the collaborators are displayed to all. 

We have created various User Groups and all the User Groups are displayed in the "Add Collaborators" search screen. Even though the user has only one user group, still the user able to see all the user groups in the "Collaborator" select screen. (Kindly refer to the attachment)
