Taleo - How can we restrict the visibility of "all requisitions" and "all requisition templates" for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

In Taleo, Is it possible that a particular hiring manager and Recruiter able to see only their requisitions. In the "Show Requisitions" filter, when clicked on "All Requisitions", then all requisitions are displayed.

Is there a way to restrict the visibility of "All Requisitions" and "All Requisition Templates" ?

Is there a way we can remove "All Requisitions" and "All Requisition templates" from the dropdown of "Show Requisitions" (Refer to the screenshot)
