Account disabled, account re-enabled, cannot add card to account, support will not engage

So late Friday my account was disabled. I reached out through a few different avenues to see what happened, why the account may have been disabled, if it could please be re-enabled. I'm not certain which one worked because literally no one has got back to me, but the account is currently re-enabled.

I have attempted to ask what got the account locked, through chat, and was told the request could not be fulfilled. Despite there being a second concern involved, the chat was immediately disconnected.

I then reconnected to ask about my second concern, I cannot connect a card to the account to actually pay for services. The error message received linked me directly to the chat support. However, the chat support tells me they cant help me, and that's all. The chat times out despite me asking a follow up question.
