How to inform employees when Total Compensation Statements is ready to access

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we want to inform all employees when TCS is ready for them to access.

Unlike, "Workforce Compensation Change Statements" we do not have option to select "Notify Workers" checkbox, while generating TCS.

Just want to check, if there are any options available, which we are missing (Not looking for any custom solutions like bursting or alerts)

Also would like to understand what is the Watchlist option available when we access task "Configure Total Compensation Global Settings".
