Asset register report not updating the amounts modified in the application

Summary

Entered unplanned depreciation for some assets, posted and accounted those assets, however when extracting Asset Register or another BIP report the changes are not being reflected

We needed to updated the NBV of some assets and did so by entering unplanned depreciation via Fixed Assets Mass Adjustment FBDI. The assets were posted to GL, when I do asset inquiry I see the updated depreciation and NBV, but when I run asset register report, or another assets custom BIP report, I still see the old depreciation and NBV as if they never were updated. Attaching screenshots to illustrate the problem - on the example I am showing the difference may appear insignificant, but I have thousands of other assets that are affected because of the issue.
